This is not a three-star hotel. One star maybe one and a half stars at best. Stains all over the carpet. Tiny, dinky bathroom with sink attached to the wall. Really they just put updated flooring down and left everything else original. Toilet plugged multiple times and never plugs for us at home. Pretty sure there was drug dealing going on in the parking lot and around the perimeter of the hotel. People were smoking cigarettes and pot in nearly every hallway and entrance. So even though there are signs saying we are 100% smoke-free there was smoke smell everywhere and no enforcement of smoking areas. The hallways were also filled with people talking yelling or just generally making noise. No matter what floor you pushed elevator stopped at every floor and second elevator had no buttons that lit up. Do not be deceived by the pictures, I sure was.

The staff was great. Check-in was simple. However there were two(known) men stalking my wife. Taking pictures of her and waiting by our car. I paid for late checkout but we are leaving earlier than expected because we don’t feel safe.

I’m giving 1 star for my stay yesterday. The room smelled really bad, like cigarette smoke. I don’t smoke, and this has never happened to me at La Quinta before. The smell made the room very uncomfortable. I was disappointed with this experience.

You only told us at the reception that we would have to sleep 3 people in the same bed. On Monday, we were without hot water all day and had to take cold showers, and on Tuesday morning we still didn't have hot water, which was horrible. Room service didn't come regularly; we had to request the service. These details frustrated us during our stay here. Not to mention the terrible smell of marijuana throughout the unit, with many people smoking inside and outside the rooms near our unit, and the smell is constant, entering through the air conditioning and polluting the entire room. Honestly, we did not have a good experience.
