Our room looks nice but was smelly. We can’t figure out if it was from the carpet or the exhaust from the toilet. It was an unpleasant smell and the AC wasn’t working well.

We checked into the hotel and went up to our room and went to get into bed and there was hair in the sheets under the sheets on the mattress cover on the down comforter there was no customer service at the front desk after 10 o’clock last night we were not allowed to have any water or ice. My husband asked and they said they’re closed. The manager told us today that the hotel lobby should’ve been open till 2 AM and that it was unacceptable. We couldn’t reach anybody from the hotel until 7 o’clock this morning so I spent the night sitting in a chair in my hotel room, and my husband laid on top of towels.

The room was ok, kinda like a Motel 6 but it was very hard to sleep because you could hear everything around you, doors slamming , people walking above you , probably not a well sound insulated building, I don't think I would stay there again.

The room was fine, however only 1 drawer and limited closet, so couldn’t unpack. Also, no towel bars for drying towels. They only do room service every other day. Great parking, nice breakfast. Very nice people. Great walking distance to the wharf , beach and restaurants. We didn't use the pool. It was a 3 star hotel so met expectations.

Stay here was pretty good overall. Rooms were clean and staff was pleasant. The only downside was not having any front desk or staff on property after midnight/2am. Not sure what procedures are in place if something is needed when no one is around.

If you like being down at the Waterfront, it’s a great location and walkable. Super clean, but no real frills. Bare Bones complimentary breakfast. Front Desk staff are extremely pleasant. Adequate for a one or two night stay.

Definitely recommend

Its hard to select a hotel online. I came to town for a medical appointment and only needed to stay for one night and was not looking for a fancy place with lots of amenities. However, I was pleasantly surprised with this hotel! It was modern, clean, had easy free parking, and free breakfast. It was a short 2 block walk to the beach and had many nearby restaurants. The price was very affordable. I would definitely stay again!
