For the price, the room is nice and clean but it felt stuffy in the room. The walls are thin and we could hear the neighbors talking loud past midnight along with the air conditioners, which made it impossible to get a night’s sleep. The area is nice and they have breakfast.

Rooms smell like mold. I tried two different rooms. Notified the manager he told me he would give me half my money back to cancel. Paid for half the room ended up staying next door at the Lavender Inn.

Nice, clean room, very friendly staff. The breakfast buffet left much to be desired, but I wasn't surprised by that. The only problem: the Avania is one of the hotels that will only clean your room every 3 days. It's depressing to be on vacation, be busy all day, and come home to an unmade bed and unfresh bathroom. Isn't the point of a hotel to relieve guests from that?

Although it rained my entire visit, I found the facility clean, the staff friendly, helpful, and professional. The room was very adequate for my needs — clean, nice simple decor, plenty of towels, pillows, tissue, hangers, hair and shower amenities. The continental breakfast was perfect and I like that water and coffee was available in the lobby as well as coffee in the room (and a refrigerator, too). The Samsung TV was simple to connect apps with my personal equipment. I would definitely stay again, fingers crossed, without rain next time!
