There's not enough insulation between floors and you can hear the heavy footstep from above. Also you can hear their showers from upstairs. Speaking of showers the pressure was so strong you cant even adjust it and water overflowed and by the time youre done your bathroom floor is wet. Housekeeping also did not show up on our second day of stay and when we asked the front desk she said we had to request for it and just gave me some trash bags for our garbage and was told someone will just pick it up..

Very poor management. On the website they state they have a restaurant on premises. There were no waiters to take your order. The bar tender was the only one working. We had asked the front desk where we could get wine or beer and food. She said to go into town, she didn’t say we could get what we wanted at 5:30 pm when it opened. We saw employees in the halls and they never greeted us or any patrons. When we checked in we were never informed of the amenities of the hotel. We left a message for the manager, but never was contacted I don’t think there was a manager. When checking out, never was told thank you for staying at the hotel. It was evident the staff couldn’t be bothered by their hotel guests . This is the most expensive hotel we have stayed in on our trip This is the worst customer service we have received on our trip. Very disappointing!!!

The property is beautiful and well cared for. It's very close to the freeway for easy access. Loved the first floor patio.

Never Again!

Check in is at 3pm. After a five hour drive, I arrived at 2pm. Lady wouldn’t let me check in early unless I paid a $25 early check in fee. Went to get coffee in the morning and upon my return at 10:10am, my room was occupied by the cleaning ladies. I didn’t checkout but they found it ok to check me out. Checkout is at 12pm. After waiting 20 minutes to get my room back, I was annoyed that I got a knock at my door at 12:02pm that checkout is at 12pm. I stay there 1-2 times a month l but will not be returning back.
