Buyer beware. This hotel engages in bait and switch pricing. Reserved room through Expedia for total price and then day of arrival hotel notifies you that have an upcharge. That’s disingenuous. I am now trying to resolve the matter with expedia. No where on Expedia states additional hotels fees. Contacted manager and response was you signed the pre check in customer information card which is where they sneak in the additional fees. After that conversation I’ve been ghosted. Thank goodness Expedia is taking the lead. Additionally, staff is sparse or non existent on property and weeks prior to arrival requested a room on 1st floor due to guest needs and never received a response. Ended up having to take room in 2nd floor. We even left a day early due to these issues. I’ve stayed in lots of places and this is one of the worst. Will not be returning. If deciding to stay there I’d suggest making sure the price is the one you’re expecting.

Overall, a good experience. The breakfast had variety and was delicious. Staff was very professional and friendly. Toilet seat started falling apart and PTAC unit didn't cool very well.

Our nightmare 2-night stay started with the fact that they don’t open their office until 3 pm. We arrived early and sat in our car for an hour until we decided to go get something to eat. When we returned, their computer system was down and they had no way of checking you in and needed to be paid in cash. They had a Very Disappointing continental breakfast consisting of coffee (no decaf) 2 little servings of sugary cereal, bread and muffins. Again, the office was closed and the maid didn’t speak English. Later the 2nd day, they locked us out of our room (I assume they only had me booked for 1 night) and Again, they don’t open the office until 3! I had food poisoning and couldn’t get into my room to use the bathroom!!! It took an hour to finally reach someone at their after-hours phone number to get someone to come to the hotel and give us new cards to our room. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL OVERPRICED COST!!

Avoid at all costs

They double charged my card even though the first time it showed approved. On check in was the only time someone was at the desk, otherwise a “please call this number” sign was posted. Breakfast was meager and stale considering $425/night. Non-guests were using the rather small pool and letting their children splash people not even in the pool. The jacuzzi controls were broken, effectively a useless, second bath tub. I checked, there were no other places available our second night or we would have left. Lastly, seems like parking was insufficient.

This property was really nice. We stayed in the suite with a hot tub and a queen and king sized bed. The jacuzzi was really nice! Especially for little kids. There was ample space and we enjoyed our stay.
