First time I’ve ever stayed at a Motel 6. Was pleasantly surprised by ease of checking in and room cleanliness. Has laminate floors so better than carpet to clean. Bed was firm but comfortable and pillows were comfortable. Just needed a place to crash overnight by myself and this was a great choice. Don’t expect fancy soap or shampoo tho 😂

This hotel is really close to the beach. Room was clean and staff was friendly. I don’t know why this hotel has 2 star rating, when Ive stayed at other motel 6s and this one was by far the cleanest with the most friendliest staff. There was a sign at the desk about pets and I didn’t realize that motel 6 WAS pet friendly. She asked if we had pets and we said we had two cats; and we showed her pictures. So next time we’ll bring the cats.

Really nice Motel 6. Very clean, desk staff was very nice, easy parking and close to downtown. Comfy beds and the shower was very nice! Pool was clean and in good condition.

Very clean, basic hotel is a very enjoyable Carpenteria at a much less expense than Santa Barbara. Great location right off US 101.

Comfortable for a couple nights

The room was large and clean, beds and pillows comfortable. The water pressure was adequate. The laundry facilities were not available during our two day stay.

CATHY the manager is charges for unused rooms!!!

I booked this hotel however I cancelled because and I WAS STILL CHARGED! I have been calling the manager, CATHY and she refuses to speak to me or refund me! Terrible customer service and I am disgusted by this manager and hotel.

Front desk employee friendly and efficient. Wish the windows in the room came with a sheer curtain so you can have privacy and still light. Also, only coffee available in the morning, sadly no tea 😔
