Enjoyable stay in a good location to enjoy Solvang

The service was excellent from check-in through check-out. The front desk staff was helpful and friendly, and the bartender was cool. The pool and hot tub were nice, and the underground parking was a perk. Also had a beautiful valley view with a balcony to enjoy it. The hallway noise did seep into the room a bit, and the towels were not soft, but I appreciated that there was really good coffee 24/7 in the lobby and a number to text anytime if we needed something. I also thought the lounge was cool and the lobby cozy. I would definitely stay here again!

So so

The hotel was nice overall. Centrally located and easy to walk to restaurants and shops. However, don't let them put you in Room 222! It was the only room on the floor that the entrance to the room was located outside. There was a door to enter a hallway with a key card right outside of our room that led to all of the other rooms from an inner hallway. Consequently, we heard every person get off of the elevator and use the key card to enter this hallway. It was very noisy all day and night. Also, the heater fan was so loud that we could not hear the tv. We were supposed to receive a food and drink credit but were not told about it or offered this. The staff was kind but the room itself was not good.

Smelly Motel not a hotel/ disappointment

This place is a glorified motel not a hotel. Definitely not worth $320 a night. The carpets smelled like wet dog. The mattresses were u comfortable and bumpy, the towels and sheets were old and crusty. Overall terrible for a “hotel” as they call themselves.

Overall nice stay in great location. Would revisit

Very nice stay in solvang. Nice facility with friendly staff and welcoming lounge. Getting to the different sections requires going thru several keyed doors, but view from balconies is fantastic and peaceful. Room was ok cleanliness, but had a few stay items that could use more attention to detail. Overall, a comfortable stay and we'd probably visit again.

Everything was good but unfortunately one of the rooms, we didn’t have towels, hand towels or toilet paper. It was unfortunate. Room was clean. Overall the stay was ok but amenities wise it could have been better and taken care of with careful planning.

The property is very conveniently located on the main street near the edge of town. You can easily park and walk to any place you need to go for shopping, dining, etc. Checking in and out was a breeze and the staff was helpful and courteous. The room itself was large and the beds were comfortable, there were extra towels available, and their custom shampoo, conditioner, and body wash was nice. We did not make use of the pool or check out the lounge, perhaps next time we go.

The staff was extremely friendly during check in, the process was so smooth. They even let us check in early since we got into town early. They gave recommendations to us for local places which was great since we were from out of town. The free breakfast at the local bakery was so cute! We loved having the robes and slippers, they even provided us with a wine opener and wine glasses for our room! Overall great stay, will definitely return!
