Room was very nice, facilities were very nice, although with a strange layout - “courtyard view” is actually just a view of a blank wall making up the side of the much taller main building, and the elevator(s?) only service the main building. The other buildings aren’t connected, are walk ups, and all rooms face the outside, motel-style. 5 stars for the bartender Kiet. He was lovely and made great drinks. 0 stars for the rest of the staff we encountered, particularly the management on duty. I do not recommend staying here with kids. They signed themselves up to get bookings for a youth soccer tournament, but they clearly have no desire to actually have children present in their lobby or dining area, even while said children are well-behaved and their parents are dropping size able amounts of money for food and drinks. Free breakfast was awful unless you like rubbery reconstituted eggs. French toast was edible though.

Bar over charged for our beer clearly $9 on the board, charged $13.10. It was busy so we tried to be understanding about it and left no tip at all. Paid for a tower room and got 1st floor in an exterior building. Extremely Noisy at night, I wish I would have said something but we were eager to get to Levi’s stadium.
