Excellent location close to the beach, Boardwalk and Downtown Santa Cruz, local restaurants, great housekeeping because the room was spotless, comfy beds and in good condition, had a coffee maker, refrigerator and microwave, property well maintained and quiet, simple but ample options for free breakfast, staff was friendly and helpful, rates were reasonable for our weekend stay, would stay here again and highly recommend!

Our second day they did not serve breakfast at the stated time, we were leaving in the morning and missed breakfast due to it not opening at least 20 minutes (maybe more) late. In room coffee was not replenished for our second day, so we did not have access to coffee either. Location near boardwalk and downtown was great.
