Items Stolen from Room - Night Staff Was No Help

I had a few items missing from my room when i got back from a 16-hour outing. I reported it to the front desk and she adamantly denied that anyone went into our room. She guaranteed that nobody would do that. She even refused to take a report until the other worker at the desk showed concern for what happened. She said she would check the cameras, but upon me looking through the hall that our room was in, there aren't actually any cameras. As we were leaving to check out, i realized my Samsung tablet was also missing from my luggage. I filed a police report because the staff clearly does not care.

Parking super easy, staff really nice but hotel is run down a little. Hallway needed to be vacuumed on our way to our room so that concerned me. The room was comfortable but you could see wear and maybe not so clean in bathroom

Dirty floors with sticky places in the room, dark long hallways that were dingy and dirty looking. Sketchy elevator, bathroom in room dingy and had melted fan. Parking was fine. Bed fine, not too hard. Just needs deep cleaning and some renovation soon.

I hadv to stay overnight in fancy fe unexpectedly. I booked the room last minute. The receptionist was very nice, and we had a friendly conversation that took my mind off challenging experience that caused me to stay overnight unexpectedly. Then, there were the fresh baked cookies in the lobby. Yum!! The only thing i didn't like was how the sheets smelled - they smelled like heavy chemicals. I'm chemically sensitive, so for that reason alone, I'm not sure I'd stay here again.

Property was clean and well lit. We were received by friendly staff who also took the time to greet and say goodbye to other staffers without missing a beat getting us signed in. That made for a very friendly and welcoming experience. Room was clean but did smell like cigarette smoke which knocked off a star. Overall nice stay, no problems.

We got in about midnight. Check in staff (Ed) was very friendly and helpful. The room and breakfast were ok but the hair dryer didn’t work. Seemed like is was a pretty old facility, not sure if it was worth what we paid.

We’ve stayed in Comfort Inns across the whole country. This is by far the worst place we’ve ever stayed. It should not be open. The lobby and hallways smelled bad, garbage was piled up at the entry and the clerk couldn’t care less, she was rude and obnoxious and said there was nothing she could do since the entire staff left at three, this was at 4:30, half the lights in the room didn’t work, the outlets were loose, the tv didn’t work, carpet was dirty and sticky, beds very uncomfortable, the frame had a piece of steel broken and cut my leg, and the luggage cart wheels were nearly falling off making it almost impossible to steer. Definitely not a good stay.

Had a rough start. Husband is allergic to down. Call day before to make sure would be down feather free. Got there and was told they had tried to call me back at work that could not do this. I had already left. Went to Walmart for blacker and pillows . Got to room ac would not cool after 4 hours and faucet dripped LOUDLY night clears able to move to new room She was great day clears not so much. After that was great stay

Great shower pressure but that's all

It looks like they have been trying to update because the room was freshly painted, but the bathroom was a mess. the room had a musty smell to it. my husband would not let me take a shower because the floor was to slippy when wet. While taking his shower he almost fell, and this was the handicap accessible room. The only good thing was the shower pressure he said it was the strongest he's ever had in a hotel. Breakfast was okay, maybe if the three women standing around talking had done there job it could have been better.

I cannot encourage anyone enough NOT to stay here. When we walked into our room there was a bug on the desk, and he was half stuck on his back... Still struggling. In the morning there was another on the floor dead. I was traveling with a 10 month old baby that crawls and we could not allow him to get down because I was worried about what he would find. The couch had a huge stain, very noticeable... And there were jolly rancher wrappers throughout on the floor as if someone didn't even try to clean.... They were not hidden either. I'm so disappointed with the price paid for such a dirty room. I have spent less and gotten more from other properties and because I booked through a third party the hotel said they can't refund me ... So I'm still trying to figure out how to get a refund from Expedia. Also breakfast was terrible.. they had frozen omelette egg things and the waffle maker was out of order.

Road Trip

Check in was quick but not without problems. Room Key card did not work. Had to go back down get in line. This was a slow process since on 1 person working. Problem was the wrong room # on key card sleeve. The room was clean and comfortable. I would stay here again if price was lower than area hotels.
