Place was clean, comfortable, big, and nice. Shawn was friendly and responsive. Really really Good restaurants (la Choza and Tune Up Cafe) nearby but not really walking distance. Neighborhood itself felt quiet and safe. Railyard area was walkable. Only criticism about this place was the parking was a little tight, but manageable, and st Francis is noisy but didn’t ruin the stay. The bedrooms had noisemakers and you get used to the traffic noise bc it’s so constant… it begins to sound like ocean waves. Really only noticed the noise when outside and nearer to the road.

Items Stolen from Room - Night Staff Was No Help

I had a few items missing from my room when i got back from a 16-hour outing. I reported it to the front desk and she adamantly denied that anyone went into our room. She guaranteed that nobody would do that. She even refused to take a report until the other worker at the desk showed concern for what happened. She said she would check the cameras, but upon me looking through the hall that our room was in, there aren't actually any cameras. As we were leaving to check out, i realized my Samsung tablet was also missing from my luggage. I filed a police report because the staff clearly does not care.
