Gut mit Einschränkungen!

Alles war gut, bis auf die Betten und die Ausstattung in der Küche und Kanalgeruch im Bad. Die Betten sind nicht für Paare geeignet und sind wie vier Einzelfeldbetten mit ordentlichen Matrazen. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist völlig unzureichend und erweckt den Eindruck, dass hier nur zurückgelasssene Utensilien der jeweiligen Vorgänger vorhanden sind. Hier muss dringend nachgebessert werden. Das Sofa im Wohnzimmer ist wohl vom Sperrmüll und sollte auch dort wieder hin. Insgesamt macht das Mobiliar einen ramschigen Eindruck und man ist versucht zu vermuten, das hier der Besitzer seine alten Möbel entsorgt hat. Im Bad fehlen einfachste Vorrichtungen um z.B. Handtücher aufzuhängen. Die Badezimmertür ist defekt und kann nicht abgeschlossen werden, was Probleme bei der Privatsphäre mit sich bringt. Die Wohnung ist sehr hellhörig. Insgesamt macht die Wphnung einen sauberen aber abgewohnten Eindruck. Hier wird am falschen Ende gespart, was dien Gesamteindruck unnötigerweise erheblich schmälert. Beste Grüße Andreas Riester
