Äskettäin uusittu & 4 rantatuolia! 'Meidän Folly' 30A Beach House sijaitsee kauniilla vanhan Seagroven hiljaisilla metsäisillä kaduilla ja vain korttelin päässä Seasidesta ja rannasta (3 minuutin kävelymatka). Perheesi nauttii tästä kodista ja sijainnista vuosi toisensa jälkeen tilavassa asettelussaan, jossa on 2 erillistä tiheää (yksi jokaisessa kerroksessa), 4 makuuhuonetta ja 2 kylpyhuonetta, joissa nukkuu 8 aikuista pakkauksella ja leikillä, kannettava syöttötuoli ja jr-sänky lapsille. Äskettäin uusitussa keittiössä on kaikki uudet laitteet ja se on hyvin varusteltu. Nauti ulkona oleskelusta perheen kanssa parvekkeiden ja terassin ympärillä. Hiekkaisen päivän jälkeen rannalla voit huuhdella ennen ulkosuihkulla. Illallisella sinulla on yli 20 ravintolaa 5 minuutin ajomatkan päässä tästä paikasta ja Publix-ruokakauppa mailin päässä. Sinulla on pysäköinti 3 autolle ajotieltä pyörällä, golfkärryllä ja tuolivuokraamolla. Destin-myymälät ovat 18 mailin päässä ja Panama Cityn Pier Park on sama etäisyys itään. Ensimmäisessä kerroksessa on olohuone, ruokasali, pesutupa, jossa pesukone ja kuivausrumpu, makuuhuone king-vuoteella ja täysi kylpyhuone. Toisessa kerroksessa on ylimääräinen perhehuone, 3 makuuhuonetta (Queen, Full, Queen & Jr Bed) ja 2 kylpyhuonetta
Tämä loma-asunto sijaitsee vain lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä kohteesta Seaside Beach. Majoituspaikassa on saatavilla vesipuisto ja pyykinpesutilat. Loma-asunnossa tarjoaa asiakkaiden käyttöön muun muassa ilmaisen Wi-Fi-yhteyden ja keittiön.

House was as described. Approximately 5 minute walk to the beach. Maybe 7 to 10 minutes walk to shops and restaurants on 30A at Seaside. Like that the owner didn’t require a checklist before leaving. Everything worked well at the home. Plenty of kitchen utensils, pots, pans, etc if you want to make some meals at home. Worked well for our family.

The location of the home was perfect!The layout was as well. We were able to have the smaller children stay downstairs so the teenagers could sleep in. It’s a 5 minute walk to the beach and 9 minute to the square at Seaside. Truly don’t need bikes but of course, they are fun to have! We were able to check in early since the house was clean and ready and also able to stay about an hour later. The kitchen has everything you need and more. I would recommend bringing a few extra bath towels just so you don’t have to wash them as often, but that’s the ONLY thing I’d add. The host was amazing. Very responsive. Our kids and all of the adults LOVED this home! Would stay there again 100%!

Awesome house ! Close to the beach. It included extra chairs and beach towels to use ! Loved the outdoor shower! Great location! Age Over 50 don’t plan on using the top bunk however the couch was a great alternative. Best water in the USA!

Perfect location! Great house!

The home was perfectly laid out to have all of our spring breakers upstairs where they had their own den, bathroom and bedrooms with plenty of beds, while mom and dad slept in the master downstairs.And the location of the house is perfect - one block away from the beach, and 3 blocks away from town square.Check in and check out was easy (no crazy list of demands) and the host/manager communicated promptly.Rain and curfew put a slight damper on things, but that's not the hosts fault.Thanks for a great stay!

Perfect SB Stay

We absolutely loved this house and location. Tucked away but so close to the beach and the square. The upstairs den was a great place for the kids to hang separate from adults, and the outdoor shower was perfect for the end of a beach day.

Seaside Half Marathon / Valentines Weekend

Had a great stay in Seagrove at Beachthyme property for the Seaside half marathon in February. The home was well equipped and as pictured in post. We had plenty of room and the location is very convienent to Seaside and beach. Will definitely consider for future 30A stays.

Thanksgiving 2024

We had the most amazing time this Thanksgiving. This house was perfect for our family and the location was amazing. I would love to make this our annual accommodations. The only suggestions I have would be the master bedroom mattress needs to be replaced, add a Keurig to the appliances offered, the furniture in the downstairs living room wasn’t very comfortable to watch tv with the family. The chairs were stiff and the couch is small. Would have loved instructions on how to use the cable in the book. Other than that I love this property.

Walking everywhere

The location and commodities in the property were awesome. My kids have their own space in the second floor. Super close to the square and to the beach. My little one felt in home since we arrive. We went shopping, eating and biking all day without worry about parking at the square. Definitely one of the best places to go back soon.

Great house and location

The house and location were perfect. Everything was clean and the kitchen was very well stocked. The teens enjoyed having their own space to hang out upstairs. The neighborhood is lovely and a great place to walk around.

Front doors need covering. They are double doors and glass. People in the street can see right into the main living space and on into the downstairs bedroom. Not good. Plenty of bedrooms. Each bedroom capable of at least 3 people sleeping. Bathrooms are nice. Open concept from kitchen through dining area and sitting area.

Convenient to beach and walk to town.

Only problem we had was they were doing road work the whole we were there and we were woken up by 7AM every morning which was quite aggrevating as the baby would wake up. And the dust was so bad we could not sit outside except for the afternoon it rained. The people working were nice but they had a job to do and could not prevent the noise or dust. Lots of thru traffic which I guess is from people avoiding the main 30a traffic and the road are barely passable if you meet a truck/or bikers, etc.

Great vaca!

The house was well suited for our family. the two living areas provided space for kids to watch TV or play games upstairs while the adults visited downstairs. The house was exceptionally clean and nicely furnished. The main floor furniture could be more comfortable. The location was perfect, very quiet. Short walk to crosswalk/access to public beach. Todd, our property manager was very helpful and was quick to respond to a minor issue. The amenities listed that beach chairs were included but 1 was not enough. Would defintely book again.
