Emerald Hill 22 is a freshly remodeled condo unit just steps from its Gulf private beach of sugar white sand and clear water. Located in Seagrove Beach, along Scenic Highway 30A, this 2-bedroom, 2.5-bath unit can accommodate 8 guests.
The ground floor, with private garage entry, leads upstairs to the living area, with a fully equipped kitchen, living room (65” TV), dining area, reading area, 1/2 bath, laundry room with washer and dryer, and a balcony overlooking the tropical style pool.
On 3rd floor, the master suite comprises of a small study room, built in closet, a bathroom, and a private balcony with ocean and pool view. The master bedroom is furnished with a comfortable king mattress, a 65” TV, ceiling fan, and blackout curtains. The spa-inspired master bath includes a spacious shower with rain shower head, glass shower doors and a wide vanity mirror. The 2nd bedroom hosts a comfortable queen bed, freshly built-in twin bunks with reading lights, built-in closets, a 40” TV, a ceiling fan, blackout curtains and a private bath.
In additional, a dual built-in bunk with reading lights and electrical outlet conveniently installed by its shelf headrest, is located in the hallway. The pillow top mattresses on hallway bunks are comfortable but narrower (78”x 27”) than regular twin size. An elegant built-in hall tree organizer with drawers, shelves, bench, hooks and a closet is right across from it; and completes the available sleeping quarters, all with custom bedding.

An initial Benchmark signature box of amenities is provided for all guests.?For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, 1 pack of kitchen wipes and liners for each trashcan plus 2 washing machine pods. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of facial and bath soaps/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom.
