Visit Seagrove! — this is a beautiful condo directly on the beach. Seagrove Beach is a heavenly place right in the heart of 30A. Seagrove Beach is a quiet neighborhood between well-known Seaside and Rosemary Beach. Our area is considered a private beach, and our guests enjoy a complimentary beach chair set up for two, gulf-front views daily, plus the gorgeous sun setting right outside on the white, sugary sands each night.

Seagrove Beach allows guests to unwind, lessen their worries for the day, and quietly get back to nature. Just one row of chairs on our private beach and no hassles. Guests enjoy renting bikes from 30A Bike Rental right on the corner and biking to Seaside’s town center within minutes, or some even walk the beach straight to Seaside!

CONDO DETAILS
The logistics of the condo offer all the basics plus a few extras! Within the kitchen, you’ll find a complete set of pots and pans, all utensils and plates, etc., which you’ll need in your gulf front kitchen to whip up a meal. We have an oversized counter bar with high-back chairs for eating inside or a white bar top table and chairs on the balcony. Floor-to-ceiling windows in the living room so you don’t miss the sparkling emerald water views. In this room, you’ll see a small sofa and two high-back chairs to relax in, plus a TV with Netflix. The queen master bedroom has a DVD TV combo, a large closet to hang your clothes, and a small dresser.

Our beach is PRIVATE and comes with two beach chairs and an umbrella from March til October annually.

We invite you to come to the Emerald Coast to experience the simple pleasures of beach time. Restaurants are close by, and we recommend ( as well as our guests) Bud and Ally's in Seaside Proper for a quick lunch with a fantastic Gulf view. Cafe Thirty-A from 5-6 is a two-for-one deal with a fabulous dining atmosphere, and Florida Fish House makes excellent sushi and jazz plays on the weekends. There are numerous options, but these are the faves around Seagrove.
During your stay at this condo building, you're just a quick walk from Seagrove Beach East. A water park, concierge services and laundry facilities are available. Enjoy your stay with amenities like a kitchen and a balcony in the condo.
