Rating is off, Very Good at best.

This motel is best described as very good rather than excellent. The cost and convenient location are definite positives, and for an overnight stay it works well. That said, there are some areas that could use improvement. The room had a faint musty smell, there was water damage on the bathroom ceiling, and the bathtub showed some wear with chips. The breakfast is serviceable, though not outstanding. These issues wouldn’t prevent me from staying here again, but I feel a rating of “excellent” doesn’t quite reflect the current condition of the property.

Initially appeared clean, after being there longer realized how filthy the floor was. Apparently these properties think that if they install hardwood floors they don't have to do anything but vacuum them. Cockroach in the bathroom in the morning was the straw that broke our will and told us not to ever return.
