Carpet in my room is stained in several places, same with the cushions on the chairs. Furniture is mostly decent, some badly in need of updating. TV control was nonfunctional.

My fiance and stayed here for a couple days. She was having that time of the month and had an accident in the bed sheets. The manager then kept my 100.00 deposit and told me if i stayed there anymore it would be a 150.00 deposit moving forward. I would never stay there again. I was also moved to a room i didnt pay for (handicapped room) this place needs help with management

This place isn't as pictured. It's pretty shabby, no dishes in the kitchen and the bathroom sink is separate from the shower and toilet. The patio was dirty with no furniture, so we didn't sit outside. There is a pool, but not inviting. The best part was the location near the Flamingo resort and Montgomery Village. We won't be returning here.

The hotel was in a good location close to stores and services and there was a very good cafe on site, though it was not operated by the hotel. My room, however, was in a terrible location with my window opposite a maintenance closet, that made it so dark I had to turn on lamps during the day. The guy in the office was less than friendly and I was given no info regarding the maid service, of which there was none during the 4 days of my stay. Nor was there any written info in the room.

We stayed three nights. Our room was never cleaned while we were there. I asked the office manager why the room was not cleaned, after we placed the please clean card on the outside door, and I was told the maid called in sick! We had to go to the laundry room to get clean towels. The location is great, the staff is friendly, if the could provide better service things would be great.
