The resort was a remodeled older property but very conveniently located on the beach. The facility map was difficult to navigated so I wish there were more songs to guide you around the resort as it required having to go to reception for guidance a few times. The resort gets very busy and packed on the weekends because the locals get day passes and day drink/party all day long. You can try to find some quiet relaxation on the beach but you will get approached continuously by vendors because the beach isn’t private. The food was good for breakfast and the snacks at the bar were okay too. The lunch and dinner menus are very similar so the options don’t change drastically. The “restaurants” are not that great on the resort but the nearby ones not included in the all inclusive are better options. I didn’t mind the trip overall as it was a three day one only.

I recently stayed at your resort and overall had a wonderful experience. The property is beautiful, the atmosphere relaxing, and the staff exceptionally courteous and attentive. However, I am providing a 4-star rating due to two maintenance issues that affected my stay. The first issue involved the keycard to my room. Each day, the card malfunctioned, requiring multiple trips to the front desk for reprogramming. On one occasion, I had to return three times late at night before it finally worked. I informed the staff that the issue might be related to the door lock itself, and, to their credit, maintenance was eventually sent on Tuesday evening to resolve it. The second issue concerned the air conditioner, which leaked continuously throughout my stay. I had to place a towel on the floor to absorb the water and prevent slipping, particularly when getting up at night. Despite these inconveniences, I would like to emphasize the many positives. The food service was excellent, and the staff handled my concerns with professionalism and patience. One breakfast attendant, in particular—an older lady—went above and beyond, treating guests with genuine warmth and care. In conclusion, I truly enjoyed my stay and appreciated the week of relaxation. With some attention to maintenance issues, this resort has the potential to offer a flawless, five-star experience.

Breakfast food was horrible. Dinner was ok. Lunch was ok. Please make more authentic Dominican food. Too much American food options. My room was not a sea view like i paid extra for , room was below average. Like motel room. Needs more fun activities. Beach has a lot of black algae that covers most of the shore part so it’s gross. Wouldn’t recommend and wouldn’t come back.

If I could give this property negative stars I would. It is NOTHING like the photos. My husband and I left before our room was even ready. The bathroom in the lobby was overflowing, the lunch buffet was covered in flies and nothing was on ice, the beach was covered in garbage, the music at the pool was blasting, the pool is a third of the size of the photo. We left and then tried to get our money back and they refused. We never even entered a room. We weee there for 30 minutes. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone ever!!!!

They claimed expedia never shared I was traveling with 5mo twins, but they had in the reservation two adults and two kids 0-2. They gave me a room in a 4th floor (no elevators). Imposible to handle strollers, luggage and two babies. They gave me the only room they had available in a first floor but It was not the front beach view I paid for. Was in the property limits, with a view to a cover area with the employees bathroom and old mattresses on the floor where employees hanged out at night and we could hear all the conversations. We even had a man knocking on our door at 1 am and trying to open it -scary- and we tried calling reception and no one picked up. The shower dis not work. Food was value for money.
Four floors I was supposed to climb daily with a twin stroller and two 5mo babies.
The view ai had instead of the Beach front view room I paid.
