This completely renovated pool home is centrally located in town near everything you could ask for. Only moments away from the Gulf of Mexico and downtown Venice's local restaurants and shops.
Enter your personal code on the smart lock and walk right in to your home away from home. So cozy and comforting for the whole family. This is a three bedroom home with two master bedrooms with en-suite on the other side of the home for privacy. Best place for two families to come share a great time! This vacation rental in Venice has a private heating and cooling salt water pool and it simply can't be beat!
The boat is a spacious lanai completed with a furnished patio and grill, a full kitchen, and all with the comfort of home needed for a relaxing retreat. When you're not lounging by the pool, you can hit a nearby golf course, reel in a catch at Venice Fishing Pier, visit Sharky's good food and spirits or spend all day along the sandy shores of the beaches just 3 miles away.
Nearby Shamrock Park and Nature Center offer a 80 acres preserve which links up with a 10 mile bike trail you can enjoy.

This property is beautiful, clean, very well maintained and the owners have thought of everything. It has matching sets of kitchenware, towels, beach chairs and even bicycles. The pool area is secluded, perfect for swimming, grilling, relaxing and having fun. The location is within minutes of the beach, shopping and restaurants. The owners are wonderful and very responsive. We contacted them when the WiFi went down and the issue was promptly resolved. We truly enjoyed our stay and definitely would return.

Amazing place to stay! Clean, spacious, and very cozy. The house had everything we needed to cook and clean. Pool was warm and our kids loved it. The hosts were very easy to communicate with and answered all our questions promptly. Hope to come back one day!

This remodeled home was beautiful, super clean and very well designed with two suite areas. The heated pool was lovely and a view from the living room area. It was very helpful to have an additional refrigerator. The house is a short drive to the beach. Aneta was very responsive to our questions and helpful. We would stay in this home again.

This was our first time vacationing for Christmas and we could not have asked for a better trip! The house was perfect. The kids enjoyed the pool every chance they got. The location is perfect, grocery stores, restaurants, beaches were all within 5-15 min drives with some being just around the corner. Our favorite beach was Manasota Key which was a very short drive from the house. If you like shark teeth, we booked a shark tooth excursion with Fossil Recovery Exploration located in Arcadia about an hour away. We found some amazing teeth including a couple megs! The kitchen was perfectly equipped with everything we needed. We also enjoyed eating at the Pineapple Tequila Grill and Cantina. It was just a 5 min drive down the road. Our return trip to this home was great! As always, the owners are fantastic and responsive to any questions/concerns that may arise. The location is fabulous and it has everything you will need for your vacation. Make sure you take time to visit Shamrock Park; it is close and is great for walking/jogging/biking.

Our family enjoyed every moment of our time in this charming rental. The pool was better than described - heated and newly refreshed with a new paver patio. The kitchen had everything we needed. The garage held everything we needed for a day at the beach or the pool. We were extra appreciative of the beach umbrella. There were plenty of beach towels. The location was central to local beaches. Communication with the owners was prompt. We will be back!

Aneta your home was clean, warm, comfortable and welcoming. The pool was a lifesaver because of the red tide. You’re location was great and close to everything that Venice had to offer.
