Most rooms are Remodeled

This 2nd room was little outdated Feb 24-25, then the first night on Feb 20 was newer I guess most rooms where remodel. It was just place to stay for the family temporarily not big of deal.

I booked a one-night stay at this hotel. Unfortunately, due to injury it was impossible to attend. I reached out, provided a medical note as requested. Despite these circumstances, they refused to offer any refund or even a partial credit. I understand that hotels have cancellation policies, but given the unforeseen medical issue with medical proof, I expected a bit more understanding and flexibility.
