Our room had a weird smell. The bathroom door had the handle hanging off. The bottom of the bathroom door was lifted and looked wet. We could not stop sneezing my kids were stuffy. My husband said it could be mold in the room but not sure. There was hairs on the bathroom floor, the cushions were stained on the sofa bed, overall would not stay there again.

The shower tubs are curved and slippery. My son fell and hit his mouth and busted his lip open. All they do was send us to another room with the same issue. I will be getting an attorney for this issue. Plus there is neglect to property interior doors as you can see into the room from under the doors. This place has lots of issues plus breakfast staff are very rude and hardly speak English. That should be a priority when hiring people. That they know the language

The bath tub had some dark residue on it. Looked like someone with dirty work boots had been standing in it. Tried to rub it away with my toes while taking a shower but to no avail. Grime was of a chemical sort. Also, the room phone was dead. Could not schedule a wake up call.
