The beds and bathroom were clean, but the carpet had a lot of dark stains which made the room appear dirty. The breakfast was ok. Eggs had no flavor. I’d recommend improving breakfast. The shuttle service was excellent.

Good not great.

Nice hotel, spacious room in good condition. Very good pool area. Breakfast is a bit chaotic. A couple of minor issues which the staff tried hard to resolve. Main gripe would be the noise from the A/C system which was blowing cold air in my face from a foot away during the night until I eventually turned it off.

Staff was absolutely phenominal! Almost everything was wonderful all around Having to go to front desk to get pool towels was a bit irritating but the staff was very quick to grab them, so it was very minor set back.
