My husband and I were bitten all over by BEDBUGS! We didn’t know what it was until we returned home that evening and went to the emergency room… I called the hotel to inform them and was told to call back on Monday to speak with Andrew the manager, I did call on Monday but still was unable to speak with Andrew! I’ve called several times and days since and had no luck trying to contact the manager

This is a well-run little Hyatt. Front desk staff are friendly and helpful. The pool was well above average for a Hyatt Place venue. It was clean and well stocked with kid-friendly games. That said, the pool deck was large and spacious enough for adults to lounge about without feeling hemmed in by children.

Great hotel

Very clean updated hotel. Comfortable and quiet rooms for a great night sleep. Cool outdoor pool area with heated pool, spa, corn hole and fire place. Staff was so friendly and helpful. Would stay there again.
