The property is to the verge of demolition, the painting is falling from the walls, cracks everywhere on the floor, dirty everywhere, there is no front desk on site, all is thru a screen with a remote person talking to you, the breakfast is very very limited, paper toilet is the cheapest kind, no restock of toiletries, I was giving a room completely different from what I reserved, and the price is outrageous, for that quality of service. I am never coming back.

You can tell the maids did a great job cleaning what they could however the doors and the door frames need to be replaced. It looks as if they aren't done with renovations yet so that could be one of the things that need to be taken care of.

Room was a dirty, but manageable? I'm not sure I guess it was okay, but it felt like a cheap setup. Maybe a little cheaper for the room rate for the quality would make it a better bargin..anyway kept me safe and I slept good, had a hot shower, a/c was great not noisy, beds firm but comphy,..might want to bring your own towel..didnt get to enjoy breakfast or the pool

Seems to be in not so great area - other similar motels are nearby. Outside of hotel looked dirty - needs paint, cleaning. Room looked to be recently refurbished but was a mixed bag of old and new. I will say the room was clean. It was fine for what it was - a place to stay for a night on a very long roadtrip

Had a difficult check in, no person available, had to deal with a television screen. He was very vague on what we needed to get my keys to the room. Had me call Expedia instead of him helping me. Expedia tried to talk to property but was unable to get anyone on the phone because there is no one there. Took an hour to receive my keys and he requested a credit card for $100 deposit or $250 cash. I gave credit card and they charged $318.18. I will dispute this charge if they do not remove. TERRIBLE experience with this hotel and not sure it may be part of Expedia's fault too.

My family stayed for one night. The room was clean but there was a smell in the room that was hard to miss. we couldn't find where it was coming from but did feel uncomfortable.
