Lido Beach Walk! Yhden korttelin päässä rannalta, helppo 10 minuutin kävelymatka St Armand's Circlelle.

Ihana, hyvin varusteltu yhden makuuhuoneen vierastalo, jossa on täysin varustettu keittiö ja pesukone ja kuivausrumpu. Kadun toisella puolella rannasta ja helppo ihana kymmenen minuutin kävelymatkan päässä St Armand's Circle ja kaikki kaupat ja ravintolat!
Sijaitsee rauhallisella Lido Keyillä, minuutin päässä kaikesta jännittävästä Sarasotan tarjonnasta. Yhteisön uima-allas saatavilla rannalla, jos pidät uimapiireistä.
Tuo vain matkalaukku - rantatuoleja, rantapyyhkeitä, sateenvarjoja, jäähdyttimiä ja polkupyöriä on jo täällä. Nauttia!

Great place to stay! Guest house is well appointed and lovely. It is a short walk to the beach and a half mile to St. Armands Circle where there are shops and restaurants a plenty! The host is very nice and responds with lightening speed if anything is needed. Highly recommend!!

I cannot say enough positive comments about this property. The owner was very responsive to every question that we had. The cottage was immaculate...the cleanliness was amazing. The kitchen was well equipped and more than met our needs. The location can't be beat. It was exactly a 15 minute walk to St Armands Circle. If you don't want to walk, there are bikes available. If you don't want to walk or bike, there is a stop for the Bay Runner (the local trolley) right across from the property. The trolley runs every 20 minutes and can transport you to St Armands Circle or downtown Sarasota. The beach is a five minute walk from the property. The cottage comes with beach umbrellas, beach chairs, beach towels and a wagon to haul it it all to the beach...all you need to bring is a bathing suit, sunglasses and sunscreen! The best endorsement I can give is that we are going back to Sarasota next year and we are going to stay here.

Our Stay at Lido Key Beach

My Fiancée and I had a wonderful time at Laveda’s place! Everything was super clean and perfect ! We had a place to store our electric bikes and Laveda has beach chairs ,a cart and washer and dryer here as well . We rode our bikes to St. Armands Cir and all over Lido Key . Laveda was easy to communicate with and very kind and helpful, I would definitely recommend this little slice of paradise!

The place was very nice and clean. Mattress was great . Smart TV did not have local channels for watching the Tampa Bay Rays which my husband was upset about. The steps leading up to the second floor to get in may need fixed. But everything else was great would come back again.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The house was absolutely beautiful, extremely clean, very well stocked with supplies, and just a short block to Lido Beach. We would definitely stay there again when visiting Sarasota.

Perfect for 2!

This was perfect to celebrate our 15 year wedding anniversary. Very comfortable! Great location that is close to the beach, pool, restaurants, kayaking, and hiking. Very clean home and we enjoyed the access to beach chairs, umbrella, wagon, etc. We are looking forward to staying here again sometime!

Wonderful stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our month long stay on lido key. Our host, Laveda was always responsive to our needs and our guest cottage was perfect for easy access to the beach, restaurants and shopping. We would definitely recommend this listing!

Christmas in Lido!

The host is actually wonderful and goes above and beyond. The property is exactly as described. The location is rigjt across from the beach and free trolley access that takes you to st armands circle and downtown sarasota. So easy access to great food without the need of driving. No complaints

Lido key property

We booked this apartment because we had never been to Lido Key before and wanted to explore a new place. Shortly after booking we received a call from the owner. She was concerned that because of the two recent hurricanes we might be disappointed with the area. After a very honest and informative chat with the owner we were so impressed with her honesty we decided to book it anyway. Upon arriving Laveda, the owner, offered to pick us up at the airport. The hospitality continued throughout our stay. The apartment itself was well designed and incredibly well stocked. There is a trolley that has a stop a few minutes away and goes everywhere you could want to go so no car is needed. The bottom line is we can't wait to come back and see the area after restoration. Thanks to Laveda and her husband for everything!

Amazing guest house

We stayed 2 weeks at this cute guest house. Super short walk to the beach. Lots of beach items to borrow: chairs, umbrella, floats… House was bright and clean. We felt super comfortable there like we were home. We’d definitely stay here again if we’re back in the area!

Great beach stay with everything you need!

This property was awesome! LaVeda has EVERYTHING you need for the beach! Umbrellas, chairs, towels, boogie boards, ect. the list goes on! The guest house was very clean, stocked, and perfect for a couple! The beach entrance is visible from the property, and St. Armand’s is close as well. We enjoyed riding the bikes that LaVeda supplied in the evening! We plan on staying at this property again next summer!
