Great service and facility. Casino is large and people are courteous. The shuttle is only operating Friday and Saturday at the moment but all day and into the night. It’s not a walkable area but cab to downtown is cheap. 👍👍 Two thumbs up!!

some little things but overall a wonderful place

This is only my 3rd stay at the hotel and casino and overall it was very good. Our room was clean but unique to this visit, some attention to detail and issues were noted. I did not bring any of this up to staff as they were totally bearable. Just wanted to be clear. The pool and hot tub was heaven as usual and super heated! The room was clean and nice but we did not have extra washclothes or toilet paper. There also was a loud noise in the plumbing above the toilet that was a little loud. We were places with a great view of the harness track but on the roof below us were the heat and a/c machines and there were very loud during our stay. None of is was horrible but I would tweak those small things next stay if we were staying longer than one night. The restaurant was delightful, and the staff is wonderful to us. Overall, we enjoyed the stay.

We are/were regulars at the hotel. My family has been coming here for a few years now. We had an incident that was health related in which they charged us for a second room that night of the incident. They claimed at first it was a second room fee, then we were told it was a cleaning fee, and then the story went back to room fee. Meanwhile, our initial booking was for only one room. We paid incidentals already at check-in…which the hotel kept for both nights of our stay, including the charge they put on us for a second room, which was criminal since we only booked one room! They refused to give us back our money, and mistreated us, and were lying to us point blank in the face. Both managers were of no help! Watch out for the scams, they are pulling on their guest! We will NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN!!!!!!!!!

We were on a Girl's trip to celebrate a birthday. The Staff were the friendliest and most accommodating I have ever encountered and the rooms were perfect. Bartenders at Morton's The Steakhouse were so much fun and great mixologists too, Passion Marqueritas were delicious! Same for the staff in the restaurant, they were wonderful as was the food. We had fun in the casino and the band Aqua Net was excellent! It was a great stay, we will be returning. I would definitely recommend this Casino Hotel in Saratoga Springs.

Second year in row attending the Chowder Festival and we love staying here. Hotel shuttle provides transport to downtown area and is very convenient. Shuttle driver Jimmy is the best. Front desk Darlene and Donna are both awesome. They are there to help with anything you might need. Lots to do even if you are there during a snowstorm - pool, hot tub, casino, Morton's steakhouse, Vapor nightclub. Highly recommend.
