Yellow Hotel- Enjoy the beautiful Moon River Ranch in the Yellow Hotel! The Yellow Hotel Room is located on the second floor. The room comes fully equipped; with a queen-sized bed, full bathroom, and kitchen amenities including a mini fridge, microwave, smokeless indoor grill, Keurig coffee maker (cups  are not replenished), and RokuTV. Spend time outdoors with a charcoal grill and picnic table outside the building.

Guest Access:
We have charcoal grills conveniently located outside your cabin/room, please bring your own charcoal!
If you like fishing, be sure to bring your own fishing poles otherwise we have them available rent from 9 AM to 6 PM.
We have fire pits around our property if you like to bring your own stuff to make S'mores.
If you love coffee, make sure you bring extra coffee cubs for Keurig coffee maker.
Water is potable but you might like to bring your own.
The swimming pool is available to everyone unless it is being utilized for a private event, you may call to ask in advance. Signage will be posted.
We ask for minimal noise after 10 PM to be considerate of other guests. If your visit may include a celebration/party that involves music or other loud noise, please discuss the potential of renting our event barn for your visit. The event barn is located a sufficient distance from lodging.
No smoking inside rooms or interior public spaces. Smoking within our buildings will incur a $250.00 service fee.
Personal vehicles are not permitted beyond the parking lot.
Pets are allowed with $75.00 pet fee per dog , and they are required to be leashed when they are outside.
If you are interested in any of our activities, please let us know prior to or upon arrival. Most activities require a minimum advanced registration. Some activities are offered complimentary; others require a nominal fee. Be sure to ask the front office staff.
We are not responsible for any lost or stolen items. Please check your unit thoroughly prior to your departure for any personal belongings. Lost and found items will be held in the office for 30 days.
Guests are responsible for any and all damages, a damage fee will be charged to the credit card on file

The Neighborhood:
Our address is 402 CR 417A Satin, TX 76685 and will come up on GPS.
Upon arrival, please proceed to the metal gate. The office will be on your right side as soon as you enter the property.
The closest towns to us are Waco and Marlin Tx (about 20-25 min drive).

Getting Around:
Parking space is included.
After you get of the highway you will take a gravel road for about 10 min.

☆The person who made the reservation needs to be present at the property for the duration of the reservation
☆No parties are allowed. Evidence of a party will result of the immediate cancellation of your reservation
☆No smoking is allowed in the interior of the property. Smoking is allowed outside of the property. Smoking within our buildings will incur a $250.00 service fee.
☆Guests will need to bring all personal toiletries including tooth paste, tooth brush, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash
☆Failure to abide by house rules will result in additional fees being applied
☆ We do not offer food or beverage onsite. You are welcome to bring your needs of food and beverage to last for your stay or drive 20 minutes into Waco for restaurants.
☆We have charcoal grills conveniently located outside your cabin, please bring your own charcoal.

☆PETS☆
We love hosting pets! We happily welcome up to two dogs at our home with an added pet fee of $75/pet. If you're planning to bring your furry friends along, please don't hesitate to send me a message!

Just a few other notes! You are expected to clean up after your pet, in the house, and in the yard. We ask that you provide your OWN blanket for them to lay on if your pet prefers that. Dogs are NOT allowed on our furniture/beds/couch/blankets/sheets and an additional cleaning fee will be charged if dog hair is found on these items at check out. If you book and bring more than two dogs, you’ll be subject to additional fees.

☆NUMBER OF GUESTS☆
MAXIMUM of 2 guest occupancy. Anyone over the age of 3 should be accounted for on your reservation.

☆REFUNDS☆
We will enforce our cancellation policy agreed upon in the booking platform and STRONGLY encourage purchasing traveler insurance. We do not refund for weather, weather-related issues, or natural disasters.
