This is a wonderful place to rent. It is decorated beautifully. The location is perfect for walking around town. The view is nice. Jeff is very responsive. I would highly recommend booking here if you want a great place with a perfect location!

We had a wonderful stay at the Cozy Condo! The property was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable trip. The downtown location was perfect — close to restaurants, shops, and attractions, while still feeling relaxing and peaceful and having a view of the lake was nice. We also appreciated all the amenities provided, which made the stay feel like home. Great hosts, good communication, easy check and check out. The condo was great for a girls getaway. Super close to everything in Saugatuck and steps away from the Saugatuck Center for the Performing Arts. Beds and bedding were very comfortable. Hosts were quick to respond to the couple of questions we had. Would definitely stay there again!

Great location and easy walk to everything downtown. House was on 2nd floor- next to other apartments. View is spectacular. Comfortable for two couples. Beds were super comfy. Bedrooms had black out curtains which was a treat for sleeping in.
