Beautiful clean spacious hotel room. The staff was super friendly. Check in early was easy and a hot breakfast was ready when we had to leave early around 6:30. I cannot say enough about this hotel we would definitely be likely to stay there the next time we visit Savannah.

We went for my son’s wrestling tournament. The hotel was walking distance to downtown & River Street. The hotel was very clean. Only complaint would be $49 to valet was only option for parking or find parking on your own. Hotel staff was no help with that.

The hotel is a regular, well maintained hotel with normal small issues. The staff however went above and beyond to make our experience great. Help with a room after booking issues and everyone went out of their way to be friendly with our family. Good hotel, exceptional staff and if we ever visit Savannah again we will be staying here no matter what!

We paid for this hotel but when we arrived there were vagrants dangerous looking people everywhere.. parking was almost as much as we paid for the hotel room so we drove away and just ate the money.. decided to chalk it up to a learning experience. Never returning to Savannah again. This is the second time in 6 month maths we’ve experienced this in Savannah. We recommend you PASS on this town that used to be beautiful and safe. Those days have passed.

The room itself was good, however there were no towels, the mini fridge didn't work. With the exception of maintenance the staff was very unfriendly and not accommodating or helpful at all!!!
