The hotel was a great location. Staff were helpful and friendly. What I didn’t like was the deep base music that was almost vibrating the bed for three nights in a row until midnight or later. It was coming from a bar one block behind our room. Also, it was appreciated that the roo Was refreshed daily but replenishment of items was hot and miss like the complimentary waters and the coffee cups and pods. The location was perfect but the music noise was an issue. If I stay here again, I will request a room facing the river.

Hotel location is great and convenient, room was ver spacious how ever my room bathroom ceiling was in very bad condition, paint was peeling and mold. Also when i check my invoice I was charged for parking when I didn't had a car.

The hotel room was small. The bathroom sink was separate from the shower and toilet. The view from the room faced a business street which was very noisy. There was no self parking, just valet which was very costly. The hotel required a resort fee but the property was not a resort.

I stayed at this property while attending a conference. I loved the location, everything was in walking distance and I loved that you were given drink tokens to use at the hotel bar. They also had a restaurant and I ordered food the first night. The staff was very friendly and the parking valets were wonderful. I would recommend this property and would stay again.

What went wrong: lobby very loud, luggage left outside while valet parked card (we only happened to notice after coming back from walking our dogs) and we had to bring everything to our room, 2 complimentary drinks are actually charged to you as $25usd resort fee, dirty room (also very small and dark), found used makeup brush on floor and what looked like an old crushed oreo cookie, toilet wouldn't flush, they overcharged me at check-in compared to my expedia booking, then asked me to email some site to have them correct for the included valet parking. Housekeeping started knocking on the door before 9am when we were still in bed. Our stay at a Hilton Tru the night before (we were driving from Ontario to Forida) was excellent for half the price! Do not stay here - terrible value for your money.

The property was within walking distance to Riverside and downtown. Loved the location. However, because this are is popular it can be loud because of the night life. Sheets were clean. Shower head and hose needed more cleaning but overall and good place to rest your head.

Enjoyed our stay this weekend. John from maintenance was wonderful and quickly resolved the one issue we had. The room was extremely spacious and excellent for a family with two small children! I would most definitely stay there again.

Overall a great experience as all employees were all respectfaul and professional from the Valet, Service Desk, cleaning crew and bar tenders. I believe my room had mostly decaf and heard another customer mention the same. The complimentary coffee should be well stocked with condiments and realize folks likely take more than they should but the replinshniment of empty container needs to be kept in circulation. Overall, a great experience and no one is PERFECT.:)

Not the greatest experience.

The staff at the hotel and the location was great! But the hotel itself…different story. At a glance, the property is lovely, but upon closer inspection, there are some SERIOUS health risks hiding here. The first room I was placed in (708) I immediately noticed a few things… 1. the AC was not working and it was very humid and 2. There were some weird black spots on the wall next to the bed. 3. There were some areas of the ceiling that had been very sloppily painted over. I brushed that off and went on with my -routine- bed bug check. I did not see any bugs, but I noticed a LOT of Black staining on the wall behind the headboard. At first, I thought it was mold, but it could have also been bed bug feces… either way, I asked to be moved. The next room, (726) appeared to be much better… at first. Instead of having plain white walls like the first room, this one had a large mural wallpaper covering the wall behind the bed, it was clean, and the AC was working fine. But I was feeling a little paranoid, bc of the first room, so -again- I diligently looked around for ANY signs of bed bugs. Again… I did NOT see any signs of bugs on the bed BUT I noticed that the wallpaper was peeling off the wall in one of the corners next to the bed, which clearly revealed a wall badly permeated with moisture and what appears to be mold. At that point, it was 11pm and I figured the room I was in, was as good as it was gonna get, so I made it work, for that one night.
