The bedside lights didn't work. They had the room ac set at 60 degrees. There was a towel under the ac unit. Had to wait well over 5 minutes for someone to come to the desk to check us in. Advertisers breakfast, however there was none and nobody around. They need to work on customer service.

Worst Hotel I’ve ever stayed at …. False advertised.. nothing works . Room filthy . Towel’s filthy .. fridge did not work . We told staff that it wasn’t working & no one came to look or cared .. by the time we left it actually smelled like it was burning or melting.. a burnt sickening smell filled the room .. they advertised Free continental Breakfast…... we went to go get some breakfast & the lady at desk said O No we don’t do breakfast.. haven’t done that in 5 years .. yet all the stuff was set up as if they do ( to create the illusion upon checking in ) Ice machine was broken .. you had to go to front desk and ask for ice .. then she would give you a tiny little bag .. ( about enough to mix one drink ) .. beds was completely worn out and so uncomfortable we couldn’t sleep more than a few hours a nite & then you would hurt so bad you wish you hadn’t even tried to sleep …. Lamp in corner had cord Cut and rigged back together.. Most definitely a fire hazard… also I knew several other guest that was staying in other rooms there at same time as us .. they all had stuff that was either broken or didnt work … I HIGHLY ADVISE YOU DO NOT BOOK I booked 3 nites with them !!! We was so disgusted with it all we left a day early with no refund. Or apology for anything… Do not Book !!!!!

I have stayed in other econo-lodges and they were okay, so I didn’t expect much. We just needed a place to sleep for the night, so we weren’t concerned with anything fancy. This location was more than I expected! The staff were very friendly, the room was up to date and also had direct-tv. Highly recommend staying here if you’re traveling through Selmer,TN.

Great Stay

For the price it was really nice. Bed was incredible nice curved tv and very clean. Blow dryer didnt work, no drain stopper to take a hot bath after a long day and we have to reset the tv for it to function. Other than that is was great. Area felt safe and we didnt hear any sirens all weekend

Great hotel

Our stay in the non smoking room was very nice. We did only have 1 bath towel but when I called to the front desk they quickly brought us a couple more. The pool was great too, my kids and I had fun swimming during our stay.

Stay if you want 8 legged roommates for the nigh

Traveling with pets already makes it challenging to find decent lodging, so I was willing to accept the $25 per pet non-refundable fee. But with the total coming to around $170 for the night, I expected a lot more. When we arrived, the room was hot and stuffy—understandable for summer, but unacceptable that the AC was off during a heat advisory. It took over six hours for the room to cool down to a bearable temperature. Then came the bugs. Within the first 30 minutes, I killed four spiders—one of which looked alarmingly like a brown recluse. The floor along the walls was lined with dust, dirt, and dead bugs. It felt far from clean. To make matters worse, the fridge had visible mold, and there were unidentified splatters on the wall and metal rail. I didn’t want to guess what they were, just that they shouldn’t be there. For the price we paid, I expected a clean, safe, and cool place to stay. Instead, we got bugs, filth, and discomfort. Extremely disappointed. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone—pet owner or not.
