Management Problem

You have a management problem at your hotel. Not enough help and your check in person has a bad attitude. She was never at the front desk on many occasions. Many people including us waiting over 20 minutes to check in after a long day on the road. Fix your management problem!!

This is a really nice hotel. I really wish it was completely No SMOKING! They have a smoking area in front of the building. Every time I walked to my car I was hit in the face with NASTY Discussing Cigarette Smoke. This will be why I won’t stay at this hotel again. Besides the NASTY SMOKERS it’s a very nice hotel.

Train Warning

Overall our stay was ok. The hotel is located right next to a train track. So, at 4 am we were awoken by a train and it took a long time to get our baby to go back to sleep. Also, the TV in our room did not work. They informed us there was no maintenance man on site, so there was nothing they could do.

Not that Pet Friendly

I sorted for "Pet Friendly" because I was traveling solo with my dog. There is a 75.00 Pet Fee which was never mentioned when placing the reservation. Additionally, the hotel abuts a busy train track that runs late. The staff at the breakfast station was rude as well.
