Falta limpieza los pasillos y habitaciones sin aspirar. Se nota falta de mantenimiento. Área de la piscina sucia. Almohadas antiguas. Sinceramente no volvería. Supuestamente incluía desayuno y se cobró aparte. Lo único mantenido es el primer piso. Destaco la ubicación solamente.

When walking in the building lobby it’s beautiful and the staff is great. We were able to check in early because our room was ready which was amazing since we were traveling with the toddler And three month old. My toddler enjoyed the pool so much there were waters and snacks available which was great. The only complain I would have is the cleanliness of the room. The floors were not vacuumed very well as there were snacks from previous guests on the floor. There was hair left in the bathroom as well, and the trashcan in the bathroom was rusted out a bit. The rust doesn’t matter because the trashcan still trashcan it still works, but for it being such a nice hotel, I would’ve expected better. I guess we enjoyed our stay overall. It has a great view. We did have a room with the view that had a balcony, but we were not able to access the balcony, the doors have been bolted down. Which didn’t bother me because I was traveling with the toddler so it just made it safer. Overall, it was great. My son had a blast, enjoying the pool. We could rest in our hotel. We had a great view. The other things were just minor.

Great stay in the heart of Savannah

We've visited Savannah several times but have never stayed here. I'm glad we did! Staff were incredibly hospitable, the room was clean and comfy, and the balcony was a nice touch. Would definitely stay again!

Everything was wonderful- location great, restaurant great, pool on the small side but nice. All of the staff we encountered were warm and friendly. Unfortunately, during our stay only one poorly working elevator was in service. We were on the 12th floor, so stairs were not a viable option. There were 3 elevators and if all had been working it would have been a great stay.

Unfortunate elevator experience but would go again

The hotel was lovely however there was only 1 elevator working during the entire weekend..not great for a 15 floor hotel! The Manager was lovely and did provide us with a discount The Housekeeping staff was wonderful. This was our first trip to the Historic District. It was a quaint city with LOTS of places to eat and be entertained. Hotel parking is quite expensive. I would recommend street or public parking. Wear comfortable shoes and explore the historic district. We had a GREAT experience!

The people and staff were marbles. Unfortunately, there were 3 elevators and only 2 were functional not to mention it would stop at every floor for some odd reason. The room I was in was having issues with the AC. I called the front desk by the second time they send someone to repair it but it never really cool off. Breakfast could have better options and it would be nice to actually have room service.

This hotel is old and is in desperate need of remodeling. Ac barely works , our room was 80 degrees all night and we had blood smeared on our mirrror in the bathroom. And then to top it off only one elevator working for a full hotel of 15 floors. We did tell the front desk and they are refunding us but it’s a shame this building is in the shape it is.
