I was greeted with a friendly smile. I had missed the wine and cheese hour but they offered me wine if I wanted. There was cold water and feared to me anytime I left. Staff was beyond friendly and helpful. It felt like a small town hotel in a big city. I would come back again. The room was comfortable and clean. I loved the character of the hotel. I felt very welcome.

Amazing hotel right in the middle of Savannah. Convenient to everything! Breakfast was cozy and delicious. Reception areas welcoming. Free ice cold water in the lobby. Hot coffee in the morning. 5 o’clock wine and cheese hour. ❤️

The stay at Marshall House was great! I loved learning the history of the place. The many original aspects of the hotel were so charming. The room was comfortable and inviting. I loved the beautiful clawfoot tub. The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. We look forward to returning and I've recommended to family and friends.

Historical Inn that lived up to the advertisements with memorabilia throughout the hotel. Rooms were updated but kept the charm of the original building. Only drawback was no mini fridge. We only stayed 1 night but it was close to all of the squares, River St., City Market etc. Central location for everything in Savannah.
