Marshall House has a great location!! Tons of shopping and restaurants that were walkable. Service was great along with the full breakfast daily! They provided water bottles daily to keep us hydrated! Our favorite was being able to climb out our window of our room onto the veranda every evening and have a beverage! Would definitely stay there again and recommend to family and friends!

Very unique stay at this hotel. Most people are going to stay here because of the buildings history in regards to its age and character. The staff were polite, informative and friendly. The rooms were very comfortable with a ton of character. We got a room with balcony access and it was a very cool experience.

This was a great place to stay. The staff was friendly and helpful, it was in a great location, and our room was clean, comfortable and quiet. Every night from 5-6:30 they had a wine and cheese social with musical guests.

The front desk staff and concierges were incredibly unfriendly. Not once did they greet us, coming or going although my husband and I said good morning to them daily. When we were checking out, we walked past after sitting waiting for a taxi, no one said hope you enjoyed your trip or come back soon. Thd dining room staff couldn’t have been nicer. The woman who serves wine every night, Karen was wonderful. Very disappointed in the lack of Southern hospitality that your front desk exhibited. Really sourdough opinion of your beautiful hotel.
