Sehr schönes Hotel, geschmackvolle Einrichtung, toller Spa. Es liegt perfekt direkt am Strand mit Blick auf die Ostsee. Einziger Minuspunkt, der leider wirklich nicht unerheblich ist, ist die Tatsache, dass es in dem ganzen Hotel keine Klimaanlage gibt und die Hitze in den Räumen steht. Da ist selbst an Tagen mit einer Temperatur von nur 22 Grad ein erholsamer Schlaf nicht möglich.

Das beste Hotel vor den Toren Hamburgs

Man sollte unbedingt das Restaurant Roofs besuchen... sensationelle Sushis. Auch die Club-Bar mit der unglaublichen Aussicht zum Meer...Ein alles in allem sehr stimmiges Konzept. Vielen Dank, komme immer wieder sehr gerne her. Gabriella Christ

Gute Lage, Service mangelhaft

Mehr Schein als Sein... Zu wenige und dann noch unfähige Mitarbeiter... Handtuchverteilung und Kontrolle wie im schlimsten Pauschalhotel auf Mallorca, viel Plastik, schlechte Atmosphäre... Einziger Wehrmutstropfen: Gutes Frühstück

Ausstattung

Pros: Trotz der vielen Gäste war es ruhig im Hotel. Alles lief reibungslos.
Das Zimmer war geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Alle schien sehr gut durchdacht. Witzig ist das Nachtlicht im Badezimmer.

Wunderschönes Strandhotel auch im Winter!

Pros: Der Ausblick: das Meer hat zu jeder Tageszeit eine andere Farbe.
Cons: Temperatur in den Zimmern etwas mäßigen: Trotz ausgeschalteter Heizung war es sehr warm.
Location: Direkt am Strand
Wir haben in diesem Hotel geflittert und haben in der Buchung daher nach einem besonders schönen Zimmer gefragt. Diesem Wunsch wurde voll entsprochen, vielen Dank!! Der Ausblick im Superior Grande De Luxe Zimmer vom Bett direkt aufs Meer ist absolut atemberaubend. Auf dem Zimmer gab es sogar Kuscheldecken in die man sich einmummeln konnte um den Ausblick auf dem Balkon zu genießen. Nur die Temperatur im Zimmer war für unseren Geschmack ein wenig zu hoch. Trotz ausgestellter Heizung war es sogar so warm, dass wir im Dezember mit offenem Fenster schlafen konnten. Das Zimmer wurde täglich gereinigt und war immer sauber. Der Service an der Rezeption und beim Frühstück war stets freundlich und bemüht unsere Wünsche zu erfüllen. Wir kommen gerne wieder, denn ans Einschlafen mit Meeresrauschen kann man sich schnell gewöhnen!
