I’ve been staring at this hotel for the last 3 years. Unfortunately I have seen marked deterioration of the property. Rooms and bathrooms show a lot of wear. Daytime front desk staff is mostly on their cell phone and ignore customers. Night staff is more pleasant

Breakfast was convenient. Decent selection. We had a problem with one of the key cards. We had it rekeyed but it still didn’t work but we didn’t notice it right away to report it again. Fortunately the other key card was working and we were all together so it worked out.

The receptionist were very kind, I had a very bad sore throat and couldn’t talk much they try they're best to listen and answer kindly. The room was spacious, my grandma enjoyed her stay. Thank you so much. I will definitely book with this hotel again when I'm in the area.
