Aivan 8. ja North Downingin kulmassa, tämä koti on lähellä kaupunkia ja korttelin päässä rannasta. Kaikki vuodevaatteet tarjotaan (ota rantapyyhkeet käyttöön rannalla). Keittiö on täysin kalustettu ruokia, mikroaaltouuni, leivänpaahdin, kahvipannu. Olohuoneessa on piano ja takka. Ruokasali on aivan keittiön ja olohuoneen vieressä. On TV kaapelilla, videonauhuri, stereot, herätyskello. Yläkerrassa on queen-makuuhuone, kahden hengen makuuhuone ja 2 makuuhuonetta, joissa kummassakin yhden hengen huone. Sunporchissa on myös futon. Tämä koti on pysäköinti vain 2 autolle; ei lemmikkejä tai tupakointia.

Nice, comfortable and homey

The house is an older one, with lovely early farmhouse style charm. Kitchen was completely updated and had everything one could need (and more). The location was quiet, just blocks from the Prom, and seemed central to most everything. We all said we would love to stay here again. Thanks for sharing this home with us.

Nasty! Not clean!

Carpet was gross and turned my kids’ feet black. Hair was left all over the shower walls. Bath and shower too nasty to even get into. Super outdated, gross and odd. Called multiple times to have no one call us back. Super disappointed!

Spacious House - Bring a fan

This is a older home with plenty of room. Easy/short walk to the beach. The upstairs rooms only had a few windows that opened so, without AC it got very warm. It would have been nice to have fans in all the rooms to help move the air around. Other than that, it worked fine for our family of 4.

Wonderful stay!

We love this house! Close to the beach. Kitchen had everything we needed. Great seating. Plenty of room. It was clean. I will definitely try to get this house again next year. Check in process was super easy. Very satisfied!

Adorable house with responsive management

House is super cute with all the space described in the ad. The phone and TVs are old enough that my kids didn't recognize them. The fridge wasn't working when we go up the last morning, but I was so impressed by how easy it was to reach a live and helpful person we didn't mind at all! The piano really is in tune! I will say that I'm super short and felt tall in this shower. I probably wouldn't recommend this house to a six foot tall friend,.

Family Time

This property was a block from the beach which is what we wanted. The house is comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed. We could connect to the house WiFi but we were not able to actually get online with any device. Minor inconvenience for us. We had a great time and loved watching VHS tapes.

responsibility to clean

For such a hefty cleaning fee we were a bit annoyed that we were required to do so much washing/drying before we could leave and when required to check out at 11:00 it made a very tight morning. I rented from VRBO last year and although there was a cleaning fee, we were not required to do the cleaning so if I was to rent again I would definitely check to make sure so much was not required.

Great location, cute house!

The house was everything we needed: small bedroom for my toddler, comfy king bed for my husband and I, and even a cute little built in desk for some computer time. Functional and IN TUNE PIANO! We really enjoyed playing together. Water pressure is excellent. Kitchen was a great size and my only qualm was a shortage of ceramic cookware. In sink garbage disposal and plenty of dining space. We walked EVERYWHERE. I think we drove like once, to the grocery store. Location is perfect: a block to the beach and the promenade. Neighborhood is adorable and quiet. There are two tube TVs and some VHS and DVDs: we don’t usually watch much TV on vacation so we didn’t care that it wasn’t modern. Not sure if the TV upstairs is broken or what but we couldn’t figure out how to turn it on. Internet worked fine, thank you for keeping the same network name and password that are on the router, made it easy to connect! We accidentally left some kids jigsaw puzzles there, so if you find a box with 4 puzzles in it, enjoy and relax!
