Airport shuttle was easy to find, first come first served basis. $20 shuttle to cruise port was convenient. I was able to check in early, but it was a room next to the fire exit door, fitness center, & crew breakroom. It was incredibly disruptive. That room shouldn't be given to anyone.

Although the staff member who answered the phone was not helpful when it came to shuttle information from the airport to the hotel, the staff member I met (after arriving at the wrong hotel and getting an Uber to the correct hotel,) Adam made the trip worthwhile with his friendliness and professionalism.
