Only there for one night. The room was clean, large, quiet and comfortable. We weren't there long enough to review any of the facilities, but the restaurant bar area looked nice. The big turn off was the staff. Very short with people checking in and checking out. We were greeted with "We don't have any rooms. Please stand in this line to check your bags." Zero information offered about the hotel or the area. There were two bellman working. One was extremely friendly (thank you Jimmie!) and the other snapped at us " I can't check your bag if it's on your back. Take it off and set it down before I can help you".

Disappointed – No Breakfast Provided as Promised I stayed at this hotel with the expectation that breakfast was included, as advertised. However, on the morning of May 30, 2025, I went down for breakfast and found many other guests already waiting. Despite it being well past the expected opening time, the breakfast area remained closed. No explanation was given, and staff were nowhere to be found. All of us ended up having to leave and pay for breakfast elsewhere. This was very disappointing and unprofessional, especially when breakfast was supposed to be part of the stay. I hope management addresses this issue for future guests.

This may be my favorite Expedia find to date!! The hotel exceeded my expectations in every way, especially for the cost. A short uber from the King Street Train station, T-Mobile and Lumen field.
