Great hotel with great service

From the moment we checked in we felt very welcomed. Wonderful front desk staff. We had a king room on the 25th floor. Comfortable bed, large room, nice bathroom, great shower, and everything was clean.

Great value here, would come back again. Let us check in early and able to bring car in and out if needed. Parking very expensive for guest but this is same at all hotels . Still very expensive though .

Complete turn off

I was assigned a room that had not been cleaned prior to my arrival. The bathroom sink had toothpaste in it as if from someone who had just checked out. There was hair all over the bathroom floor and in the shower. There was a used plastic laundry bag hanging in the closet as if I was expected to reuse someone’s dirty laundry bag. As someone who worked in hotel housekeeping, I can assure you the only thing they did was change out the towels and make the bed fresh. No other cleaning was done and I had to clean the room myself in able to feel comfortable. Who wants to check in a hotel and have to clean someone else’s dirty toothpaste out the sink? This experience was a turn off.

We loved our stay at Coast! Not only was it close to everything, the staff were great as well. There were only a couple of things that brought down this rating. There are no sugar free or diet drinks in the Executive Lounge. Also, our door you often had to pull shut because it wouldn't latch.

This hotel is very clean and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. Quiet at night. Easy access to many downtown point of interest. Meals in their restaurant, Redtrees were delicious!

The hotel was very nice, well kept and convenient, but we found that the staff—specifically the woman with the purple hair—was a little condescending for what we figured was because of our younger age. She wasn’t very kind and did not let us know about the parking pass even though we asked her specifically. We only later found out about the parking pass as we were leaving, when the ticket we received wouldn’t let us out. We got help from the woman at the parking as well as another woman at the front desk who was very helpful. Other than this, our stay was amazing!

The stay was nice and the staff was friendly. However our room smelt of a moldy carpet smell and the Air Conditioner didn't seem to function properly. The staff did bring us a couple of box fans to help with the air flow
