Rooms are so small. The elevator is small plus only 1 elevator is working. The room we got was the subpop and the vinyl player was nice touch however it is overall small. The worst one for me is that they don’t have a full length mirror at all.

I work in hospitality and usually stick with Marriott brands but I’ll check out other spots if they look cool or feel like my vibe. I paid extra to stay in the Sub Pop room thinking it’d be something special. Honestly though, the whole place felt more like a themed Motel 6. It’s a fun idea but the room was basic as hell for the price. Nothing really stood out except the branding. For what they charge, I expected better quality and more attention to detail. Cool concept, mid experience.

I usually book Expedia VIP hotels and comparing this hotel to others, there are no added benefits as you would expect. They need to put more effort into making you feel they deserve a VIP category. Aside from that, it is very quiet and so close to everything. Beds are super comfortable.

Nice overnight except….

It was perfect except one thing. We arrived off a cruise around 12 p.m. despite our room being ready, they wanted us to pay an additional $48 to have it or wait till 4. We stayed at another hotel around the corner before the cruise and since the room was ready - they let us have it - no extra charge.
