The desk staff were friendly and helpful and went above and beyond. We ended up requiring a room change and the staff were able to accommodate us, despite the hotel being quite full so I really appreciated it. The elevators were a bit of a wait at peak times but we just used the stairs when we didn't want to wait. The buffet breakfast ran like a well oiled machine and we really enjoyed the evening snack served in the lobby.

First time visiting Seattle/Washington State. Chose this hotel due to proximity to Space Needle, which was literally across the street. I was happy with my suite, which I really didn't use. The kitchenette would be very useful to anyone staying more than a night. I'd stay here again.
