We love this place! My family and I come to seattle every few months for various events and always choose this property. It's in a very convenient location. The staff are always upbeat and helpful. Clean, quiet with it's own parking which is for me is huge! Plus they put out an amazing breakfast spread!

The location is really good, love it. The room has a study place which is useful for us. The night we spent there was NO WIFI, this is ridiculous. Parking lot will charge 45 tax, I'm not sure about Seatle's price, but this is too high for me. In the room, the air conditioner seems like a little bit old, cause the noise is kind of loud.

The property was clean. Staff were very helpful. Primary reason I booked this place was due to the fact- they advertise a restaurant and bar available. Of which I asked them- response was, they did but closed during Covid. That was 4 years ago.... also the only available parking outside was a 3 minute park. I needed to use the garage parking. So to park in the garage you need to park in a 3 minute parking to walk to reception to check in. Then walk out to your car hoping it only took 3 minutes to check in to get back in your car and drive to the garage. Very inconvenient....

Staff were welcoming at check in and the room itself was clean and modern, albeit the location doesn't have the best soundproofing as I could hear any traffic/conversations happening on street level even though we were situated on the 5th floor.

Only negative I had was the tv remotes didn’t work and I needed to download an app to control the tv with my phone. Was later told by staff it’s been an on going issue for months
