Excellent customer service, my room was near the breakfast area, and I enjoyed my stay here and loved the atmosphere and amenities of the hotel. It was cool using the room key card to turn on the power and changing the settings of the mirror.

The wifi was quite slow and sometimes would disconnect or cause videos to stop and have to reload. Would be nice if the breakfast was a bit longer. The staff were all quite nice. I liked the fan and light controls. Good location. Perfect to catch the train to our event.

Great Staff!

The room given to originally had a cockroach in the bathroom. I discreetly notified front staff and she quickly apologized and gave me a room on the 5th floor. The new room was clean the bed soft and i was happy. I will be back, just not accepting a room on the first floor.
