I really liked this hotel the last time I visited Seattle, but this time we were quite disappointed. The room wasn't as clean, the pool was absolutely NOT heated (and we booked this hotel in part because of the pool), and the breakfast is *very* overpriced ($6 for drip coffee; they tried to charge us $18 for our 3-year-old to eat at the buffet). We won't stay there again, even though it's a convenient location for the Clipper.

Great location near water and Pikes market..Friendly staff, clean rooms and ar a, nice decor (modern). Great stay. Only issue was pool cold and couldn't swim but they gave a small refund. Thank you!

Would never stay at this hotel again. The only parking available was valet which was $78 US per night. No other options available. If you want to self park than that is a 10 min drive away. All the rooms are in such a way where everyone can see inside one another’s window. We had to leave a day early due to emergency and would have hoped the hotel understood and would refund but they stuck to the cancellation policy. I understand that and not a big deal but would have thought the hotel would understand. Construction happening outside as well. Would definitely not stay at this property if I were to visit Seattle again.

Too expensive. The place is run down, rooms are ok, double beds and laminate floors are clean, balcony is old. The pool is freezing and gym is very small. It basically compares to a Courtyard or Ramada except you don’t get free breakfast. Mandatory valet parking is $58/night and service was great. On the bright side you get free tickets to “Wings over Washington” which was surprisingly awesome. Enjoyed the uphill walk to dinner and Climate Pledge Arena.
