The stay was great! I was traveling with my pets, and although there is $100 fee per stay, they really did make it great for my babies. They even brought them a breakfast sandwich once I called room service asking about the doggy menu. Really made it so special. The room was also very clean and comforting.

The pool was excellent and clean. We had a lake view room and it was perfect. The room was very clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay.

Room was OK but very noisy because of Highway 27 right in front, but they have no control over that. Staff was friendly and respectful. Chicanes was very pricey for food and at the bar. Area was very nice as usual but i grew up there and might be a little biased. All and all it was a good trip.

This is such a charming hotel. Everything is immaculate. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The free breakfast is delivered to the rooms at the time designated by the guest. It was delicious. I will definitely return.

From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by the most friendly and accommodating staff — truly, they could not have been better. Every corner of the property was spotless, from the inviting lobby to the beautiful outdoor pool area. The entire place felt warm, welcoming, and so well cared for. It’s rare to find a place that gets everything right, but this one absolutely did. Can’t wait to come back!.
