This brand new home in quaint Uptown Sedona has the same charm and comforts of the Peach Tree Inn, right next door. With views to enjoy from the front porch you won't be disappointed in the location of this home! The floor plan allows for relaxation and has all of the amenities guests will need for a wonderful stay. All of the furnishings are new and were selected with a guest perspective in mind. The bedrooms have queen beds and enough room for guests to make the house their own. Each room has a desk for charging phones and computers, or a place to get some work done. The rooms have TV's, so guests can relax in bed and watch a movie. There are two full bathrooms that each have a spacious shower. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking any meal you might want to plan and enjoy with a large dining table. There's a large inviting great room with plenty of space for all guests to be comfortable. A TV and a comfy sectional couch, and additional chairs, are all available for your lounging and relaxation.

Just great. We would have appreciated a printed page on how to use tv. It was not at all like we have. About the 4th day we figured it out. Also we got there in the pitch black and would have been nice to see 391 above B and also a light on. We would definitely stay there again. The owner was just wonderful.

A friend and I flew from Florida for a few days in Sedona. The property was perfect with two separate baths and bedrooms. We enjoyed sitting with drinks on the front porch looking at the scenery. Parking was fine, we only had one car. We walked or Ubered out for meals so only used the kitchen for coffee and reheating leftovers. The kitchen was adequately stocked for those who choose to cook. Our balloon ride was cancelled due to bad storms which was very disappointing but we enjoyed a Pink Jeep tour and the Verde Canyon railroad. Lots of wineries on Page Springs Rd, easily accessible.

The property was fantastic. Located close to everything and walking distance to Main Street. The house was very clean and comfortable. Everything we needed was available. The front porch offered a magnificent view and perfect seating for drinking coffee in the morning and sipping wine in the evening. If I am ever back in Sedona I will stay here again. Also, right around the corner from Elote restaurant which we found to have the best food and dining experience.

Great Location and Exactly What We Needed

This property was perfect for our family get away. The location can’t be beat. Walking distance from shopping and restaurants. We enjoyed sitting on the porch each morning and utilized the clean and lightly used gas grill for a couple meals. The house was clean and well maintained It had everything we needed, and we were very pleased with everything about this place. Highly recommended!

Perfect location in Uptown Sedona

The location of the property was perfect for walking to the shops & restaurants. It was only two blocks away and about a 10 minute to walk to the main shopping street. There was also a shuttle stop directly across the street from the home that takes you to multiple locations throughout Sedona. The home was immaculately clean, the kitchen was adequately stocked (although we didn't cook there with all the amazing restaurants available), and there were plenty of additional towels & blankets if needed. The host was super responsive and a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend this home!
