Excellent room, fantastic grounds, staff, especially the front desk. was outstanding. Downer, the swimming pool and hot tub are not handicap friendly. Exceptionally steep steps make entering and exiting very difficult. No handicap ramp to the swimming pool. Must carry walker up and down stairs

The staff was the friendliest ever! The rooms were updated and clean, the property was quiet, but right by trails, Mesa grill, and had beautiful sunset views and great for star gazing at night. I was concerned about noise being right next to the airport, but I never heard anything. Plus the complementary shuttle service was perfect to drive us to dinner and back each night. I would 100% go back and stay here again.

Amazing location and property.

The grounds are very nice, it has hidden ponds and small pathways. It was quiet and the staff were friendly. The views from high above the city were the absolute best. We woke up early one day and sae the hot air balloons taking off from across the valley. BTW, it's the only hotel up there so the views are all yours. A Unique experience and property.
