Room was adequate for the price. Staff were excellent. Room and common areas could definitely use some renovations. The door to my room was clearly broken into before. Carpets and rugs were stained and dirty. Fridge was leaking condensation onto the floor. Pool view rooms with entrance facing the street were extremely noisy from street traffic at all hours.

Everything and EVERYBODY WAS AMAZING!!!!!! This place was such a vibe. I'm mad that I did not spend my entire trip here of instead of Villas hoping. This place is a true gem and it's in the heart of the city. Everything is withing walking distance and GET THE BREAKFAST!!! its all you can eat made to order... AMAZING.. im still in shock this was the cheapest and very ladt minute hotels I booked yet the BEST and itsright across the street from Potatoe Head.THIS PLACE IS 100000/10. They also allowed late check out of course for a small fee but its totally worth it if having a late flight. I will revisit this place ALL THE TIME when staying in Seminyak.... The colors ,the decor, the theme floors, the staff, and rooms... this place is truly one of a kind! THE BEST...

"Always a great stay—no complaints there. But one thing keeps me wondering: the auto door to the restaurant. It's always closed, yet perfectly clear. You can see the people inside, adjusting, chatting, dining… and still, you find yourself doing the two-step dodge around the shortcut outside. Almost like the door’s testing you, making sure you really want in. Just one of those little quirks that makes the place feel like it’s hiding a story."

Not bad, but pretty low end

The hotel was overall not bad. Staff was pleasant, rooms are huge, location is pretty good. However, the place is not as nice as it looks in the pictures (kind of like Bali itself, actually...). It's lower end than it appears. The food in the restaurant is mediocre at best, the "rooftop bar" doesn't really exist. One note: a place like this should not be charging for laundry by the item, but by weight. You're not the Four Seasons.
