Had 3 rooms here and had problems with 2 of them. Could be a great place but lots of construction going on and the deck around the pool is in poor condition. Its pretty cheap to stay here and you get what you pay for.

For the price I guess it's ok. I had 3 rooms for our family. One room had multiple issues with the door lock. Another room the waterfall shower didn't work. Pool and view on top very nice but the deck is messed up and they were doing construction up there as well. Buffet breakfast was below average but ala carte was ok if very slow. Biggest pet peeve was as I was trying to go after checkout they came out wanting money for a dirty towel that I used to clean the dirt off my feet from their dirt floor and a spot of pasta sauce on a sheet. The location is nice and if u want cheap in that location it's an ok place.

A very enjoyable stay. Only issue was being made to pay to replace towels that had dirt on them, instead of just washing them was asked to replace them entirely. Didn't really make sense to me. Rooftop bar by the pool was under construction, other than that it was an enjoyable time.

Nice hotel, but...

We went on a family trip to celebrate my birthday and stayed in de vins sky for the last week of our stay. The hotel is fine, and service is kind. But if i had known it was going to be like being in sonny beach because of yelling and screaming Australiens i would have picked an other place.

We really loved the location of this property, and the staff were beyond lovely. It was really secure the hotel. However the mould is a serious issue in this hotel. Our room was fine smell wise (we had the whirlpool room). The lobby toilets and out on our balcony was really bad however it was raining heaps while we stayed here which could have contributed to it. Coming from a beautiful villa the hotel scene is different with noise volumes, but when we went to bed 10pm-12am it was fine during the night. Ending on a positive note the breakfast is so good and was included in our stay. The spa in the resort was also really really great.

The shuttle bus service was a highlight for the property. Could get to Seminyak square free of charge which was great. The staff were lovely and helpful. However the overall hotel is very run down post COVID in my opinion. Not that clean and a lot of broken bits and pieces. The pictures online aren’t a true reflection which is now disappointing.

For what we paid we can't fault the hotel. Great location, clean and comfortable. Our sink stopper didn't work and the staff came twice to fix it but couldn't. The hotel is dated and there were lots of dripping water inside the hotel with mould which is slightly concerning. The pool area and corridors need a huge upgrade and most likely some of the drainage too. I wouldn't stay again as its cheap and that unfortunately attracts people who are not as considerate and we endured 3 nights of people making noise in the corridors. This is not the hotels fault and was most likely bad luck, but i think you may get a better class of people if you pay more money. Food was good and cocktails good price
