Beautiful hotel. The staff were excellent, room was very clean and spacious with nice decor and high ceilings. The bathroom was huge with a big walk in shower. Bed was very comfortable with nice linens.

Was welcomed right when we got there. The room was spectacular! Large, clean, bed was super comfortable, bathroom was nice. We liked it so much, we stayed there again on our way back home and scheduled a weekend at Christmas. Who wouldn't want to spend Christmas in Bedford Falls, I mean Seneca Falls!!!

There was no refrigerator or microwave. There was no ice machine, but we did have an ice bucket. The hotel restaurant was not operating and the continental breakfast was a joke.

The place was spotless, extremely courteous staff. Only disappointment was the restaurant and bar located in the hotel were closed. Luckily there were other restaurants within walking distance. I would definitely stay again if in that area!
