도심공항 터미널과 지하철역이 가까운 것은 이 호텔의 매우 큰 장점이다. 3분 거리에 있는 스타필드와 백화점에서 모든 필요를 해결 할 수 있다 . 호텔은 매우 깨끗하고 직원들 또한 친절해 한국 방문시 항상 묵고있다. 모든 면에서 만족한 stay 였으며 다음에도 호텔 페이토 삼성을 선택할 것이다.

Zero hospitality

It is so basic, no breakfast or toothpaste. I asked for late checkout, and they charged me. The service is not good, they didn't extend my room key for the late checkout and I was locked outside. Also, the cleaning lady kept bothering me in the morning when I left the room at 9am, which is not even the checkout time which is at noon. She kept coming over and asked if I was checking out already, and delayed me while I was in a hurry to head to the conference. I will probably not stay here again.

Great Stay

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The front desk staff all spoke english and were helpful with all my questions. I had to extend my stay two more nights due to a cancelled flight and the staff were very accommodating. They also helped me navigate the airport limo bus back to the airport on my last day. The hotel itself is also close to Coex mall, the metro, and several bus stops. Room was clean and housekeeping was very friendly and kind. The only downside of my stay is that I am always warm but was unable to adjust the temperature to a lower temperature for some reason. Not a huge deal as it was cold out during my stay and I was able to open the window in my room to let in the breeze and fresh air.

Nice stay, but…

Great location, lots of shopping and restaurants nearby. Subway and bus stations were not even 5 minutes away. Room was cleaned every day, fresh towels, slippers and water replenished. We stayed in March and it was a little warm, but you can’t turn on the AC in your room. We asked front desk and they said heaters were still in use and the only thing we can do is to open our room window. It was not enough, we were hot and we were not able to sleep well throughout the night. Not to mention having to hear the sounds of traffic and people below. Even from the 11th floor, we could still hear the noises.
