The first day we had an issue with our door not locking on our way out. We had plans and were heading out when we noticed the door not locking. We had to wait for someone to come and fix it. The third night there was an issue with the door light sensor and the light was on all night. Finally, there’s always a long wait to use the elevator between the use of hotel guests and hotel staff.

The only my comments is AC. The room very warm but if I open the windows is noisy outside. So as a guest we should have flexibility to change the control either use AC or warm air.
