The lobby, elevators, hallway of the rooms look new and feel nice. But the room inside feels old. It really felt like an old American hotel from the 80s. Windows are extremely dirty. Only 1 hook in the bathroom. The receptionists are rather ‘cold’, no smile no matter which one was there, and there were 5,6 of them during the 2 days I stayed there. Maybe it’s the culture?

It is 30 floor hotel and there is one room in 16th floor which has air-conditioning systems, water tower, pumping etc in front of the window. I asked them to change the room and they told me they have no equivalent one and asked extra money for an antique room which was really bad.

Hotel President was great! It was in a very good location, price was reasonable, close to subway stations, restaurants and shopping! Also had a CU convenience store close by. Laundry services and gym was good! Would definitely stay again!

I stayed 7 nights in this old and dated hotel. It should be 3 star NOT 4 star hotel. Room carpet was dirty and there are sewer flies. Room temperature was fixed and can not be adjusted. Hotel room had persistent odd order. Bed sheet change can only be done after 3 days stay. The only good thing is it's location.

Room is big and close to 2 different directions of metro. It’s also 5-10 mins walk to night market with lots of food options. However, the AC isn’t strong at all. We had it set to 20 degrees and it stays at 27 no matter how low we set it. Complained to front desk and nothing was really done. Open the window at night is the only solution to keep it cool. It also shows the age as the carpet has stains in most room and hall ways. However, house cleaning does good job to keep it as clean as possible. I stayed a week here, but I would definitely try different hotel in this area if possible as the location is just great.

Property is old. Needs updating. Furnishings are very old, chipped. Shower set up was bad. I am 6,2” 205lbs. Had to leave shower curtain open to keep it from sticking to me.
