Was great solid 8 out of 10. Clean, smelled good on entry, refrigerator was clean and cold, TV didn’t require a masters degree in electrical engineering to figure out. Only a few “issues” that weren’t issues so no big deal. Would definitely recommend to someone looking for a nice clean room that is conveniently located.

Entire visit was very quiet. The bathroom exhaust fan control was erratic and would shut itself off in a very short period of time sometimes (20 sec), requiring multiple resets.
